How We Met (from Megan): Brian and I first met about five and a half years ago when we were students at LSU and started working at a local restaurant together. We quickly became friends and over time it developed in to something more.
The Proposal (from Megan): Brian proposed on my 24th birthday, August 6, 2015. I had planned to have a low key birthday so Brian took Kona Grill for dinner and we planned to watch a movie and drink some wine at home afterwards. When we got home he rushed inside to use the restroom, while I went back to the car to grab his wallet that he had left in the center console. When I walked inside a few moments later it was dark and written in glow-in-the-dark stars on the wall was “Marry Me?” He turned on the light and was on one knee. Then the tears started pouring.
